Responsibilities:
- 就不同類型的資產和負債準備專業評估，以達到各種目的，例如財務報告、交易、訴訟、融資；;
- 對第三方專業人士編製的估值報告提供第二意見和獨立專業審查；;
- 為其他服務項目提供估值支援，例如審計、企業融資、財務與營運盡職調查、訴訟支援、企業治理與 ESG 報告；;
要求：
- 1 年以上商業評估、無形資產評估及/或財產評估實務經驗；;
- 擁有 CFA Charter、FRM Charter、MRICS 及 MHKIS 等專業資格者為佳；;
- 具備優異的中英文說寫能力，包括普通話；;
- 具備資料分析和程式語言（如 VBA、Python、R）的知識者更佳；以及
- 最終提供的職位將與候選人的經驗相稱。.

- 參與財務報告內部控制的審計工作，以及盡職審查、首次公開募股、併購交易等專案。
- 協助規劃、執行及交付保證委託工作
要求：
- 主修會計/財務的學位持有人
- 應屆畢業生和具有實際審計經驗的候選人將被考慮，最好是在其他國際會計網絡獲得的經驗。
- 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力
- 良好的溝通/人際技巧
- 高度的獨立性和強大的動機
- 具有很強的技術能力，並熱衷於在審計專業發展事業
