Responsibilities:
- 为财务报告、交易、诉讼、融资等各种目的准备不同类型资产和负债的专业评估；;
- 对第三方专业人员编制的估值报告提供第二意见和独立的专业审查；;
- 为其他服务项目提供估值支持，如审计、企业融资、财务和运营尽职调查、诉讼支持、企业治理和环境、社会和公司治理报告；;
要求：
- 1 年以上商业评估、无形资产评估和/或财产评估实践经验；;
- 拥有特许金融分析师（CFA）、金融风险管理师（FRM）、特许测量师（MRICS）和香港测量师学会（MHKIS）等专业资格者优先；;
- 熟练掌握英语和汉语（包括普通话）的说写能力；;
- 熟悉数据分析和编程语言（如 VBA、Python、R）者优先；以及
- 最终提供的职位将与应聘者的经验相称。.

- 协助规划、执行和交付鉴证业务
要求：
- 会计/金融专业的学位持有者
- 应届毕业生和有实际审计经验的候选人将得到考虑，最好是在另一个国际会计网络获得的经验
- 良好的中英文书写和口语能力
- 良好的沟通/人际交往能力
- 高度的独立性和强烈的上进心
- 技术能力强，热衷于在审计行业发展事业
