Job Description:

In Transaction Services team, we are providing M&A services to assist our client to achieve their goal.

You will report to your manager of the Transaction Services team – Due Diligence service line and conduct professional work under their guidance.

Responsibility

• Assist in performing market research to assess the market trend and development;
• Assist in performing analysis on the Target’s financial and operation data;
• Prepare professional due diligence report for different types of engagement;

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience in auditing is a must;
• Experience in M&A, business operation, internal control and consulting is a plus;
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA etc is preferred;
• 熟练掌握英语和汉语（包括普通话）的说写能力；;
• Preferrable with IELTS 7.0 or above or HKCEE Syllable B (C) or above; or HKDSE Level 5 or above, or equivalent
• Outgoing personality with positive attitude in facing new challenges;
• Independent in handling assigned tasks;
• Good team player, out spoken and good communication skills is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate;
