劉嘉權為本所信息技術及網絡安全主管，專門協助客戶從事網絡安全和技術風險諮詢服務，減低其信息技術及網絡安全風險。
Kevin has over 12 years of experience in IT service and security management. He managed various critical IT facilities operation including several world class data centers and cloud hosting facilities prior to joining Moore Hong Kong. He also has extensive experience in leading IT and cybersecurity consultancy services for a range of industries including finance services, retailing, infrastructure, telecommunication, technology and public sector.
Kevin specialises in IT and cybersecurity framework and compliance review (ISO27001, NIST, SOC & PCI DSS etc.), application and mobile security (OWASP etc.). He is also strong in conducting Security Risk Assessment and Audit & Privacy Impact Assessment (SRAA & PIA) for both private and public organisations in Hong Kong and internationally.
Kevin received his Bachelor degree in Information Management from University College London. He was also awarded a Master of Economics from the University of Hong Kong. He is a lead auditor for ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018 & ISO/IEC 20000 (IRCA), and a member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
