Joe Chan

Joe Chan is a director of Moore Hong Kong Advisory Services. His major responsibility is to help clients manage their risks and enhance their business operations.

Joe has more than 18 years of extensive experience in corporate risk management, compliance governance, consulting and environmental, social and governance.

He has been providing a wide range of advisory and assurance services to clients, including internal audits, compliance reviews, anti-money laundering compliance, risk management, corporate governance, Sarbanes Oxley regulations, internal controls, fraud investigations, information technology risk consulting, and environmental, social and governance.

Joe serves listed companies, multinational corporations and public sector organisations in the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. His clients span a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, stored value payment instrument licensees, real estate development, property management, insurance, manufacturing, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, and technology.

Joe obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA Aust.), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Joe also holds the Certified Environmental Social Governance Analyst (CESGA) designation and membership with the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS), as well as the Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) certification and membership with the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD). In addition, he is a Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor (CCA) accredited by the Blockchain Council.
