Joe Chan

Joe Chan is a director of Moore Hong Kong Advisory Services. His major responsibility is to help clients manage their risks and enhance their business operations.

Joe has more than 18 years of extensive experience in corporate risk management, compliance governance, consulting and environmental, social and governance.

He has been providing a wide range of advisory and assurance services to clients, including internal audits, compliance reviews, anti-money laundering compliance, risk management, corporate governance, Sarbanes Oxley regulations, internal controls, fraud investigations, information technology risk consulting, and environmental, social and governance.

Joe serves listed companies, multinational corporations and public sector organisations in the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. His clients span a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, stored value payment instrument licensees, real estate development, property management, insurance, manufacturing, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy from Hong Kong Shun Yan University.
• Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia – Fellow of Certified Practising Accountant Australia (FCPA Aust.)
• Member of the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Certified AML FinTech Compliance Associate (CAFAC)
• Member of The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies  (EFFAS), Certified Environmental Social Governance Analyst (CESGA)
• Member of International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD), Certified ESG Planner (CEP) CEP®
• Member of Blockchain Council, Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor (CCA)
