Angel Yau

Angel has over 17 years of professional experience in providing audit and assurance services in international accounting firms (including Moore Hong Kong and a Big 4 international audit firm). These experiences have provided her with extensive exposure to complex audit engagements across diverse client portfolios and regulatory environments.

Angel maintains extensive experience in providing independent assurance services to listed companies and private groups in Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including natural resources (including cement production and coal mining operations), property investment, management, and development, online gaming, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, manufacturing and industrial operations, retail and consumer sectors, investment funds and asset management entities, and regulated financial institutions (SFC-licensed corporations).

Angel also has substantial experience advising on Initial Public Offering (IPO) transactions, particularly assisting Chinese Mainland state-owned enterprises and private enterprises with primary and secondary listings in Hong Kong and overseas markets. This work provides her with valuable insights into market listing requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Angel is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
