Associate / Senior Associate – Valuation

Responsibilities:

• 就不同類型的資產和負債準備專業評估，以達到各種目的，例如財務報告、交易、訴訟、融資；;
• 對第三方專業人士編製的估值報告提供第二意見和獨立專業審查；;
• 為其他服務項目提供估值支援，例如審計、企業融資、財務與營運盡職調查、訴訟支援、企業治理與 ESG 報告；;

要求：

• 1 年以上商業評估、無形資產評估及/或財產評估實務經驗；;
• 擁有 CFA Charter、FRM Charter、MRICS 及 MHKIS 等專業資格者為佳；;
• 具備優異的中英文說寫能力，包括普通話；;
• 具備資料分析和程式語言（如 VBA、Python、R）的知識者更佳；以及
• 最終提供的職位將與候選人的經驗相稱。.
