Yan Ng

Yan has over 15 years of audit experience in international accounting firms with listed and private companies operating in a variety of business sectors such as hotel operation, property investment/development, financing services, securities trading/brokerage, renewable energy, driving training, film production, online game, medical services, agriculture, information technology, retails, trading and manufacturing in Hong Kong, the PRC and Singapore.

She has also been involved in various capital market transactions including very substantial acquisitions/disposals and rights issues for clients in the HKEX, as well as compliance audit of licensed corporations in the SFC.

Yan is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
