Leo Cheung

Leo Cheung has gained extensive experience in accounting and financial advisory services over 27 years at several major international accounting firms (such as Moore, BDO, and KPMG), conducting audits for listed companies and large private companies across various industries, including industrial, real estate, logistics, advanced technology, electronics, food, natural resources, and consumer markets

Leo has led multiple initial public offerings and overseas bond issuances to help domestic enterprises raise capital in Hong Kong and overseas.

He has rich experience in auditing and fundraising for listed companies in the industry, such as investment funds, education, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, real estate development, IT and telecommunications, retail and manufacturing, natural resources and food and beverages.

Leo also has substantial experience in assisting Chinese companies, including state-owned enterprises and private companies from mainland China, in listing in Hong Kong and overseas. His other professional areas include financial due diligence, corporate mergers, acquisitions, and other capital market transactions.

Leo has served on the Membership Services Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2014 to 2016. And served as an independent non-executive director of an A/H share-listed company from 2018 to 2024.

Leo is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and a member of CPA Australia.

He obtained a qualification as an independent director of a listed company issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2018.
