James Kong

James is a seasoned CPA professional with more than 15 years of audit & assurance experience acquired in Big 4 international accounting firms in Hong Kong, mainland China and the US, covering a full spectrum of accounting principles and deploying strong technical competency in automotive, renewable energy, FMCG, trading, manufacturing and wholesaling, healthcare and fitness, biotech industries with operations in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, US, Singapore and SE Asia.

James has led various successful initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, debt offering, rights issues, placing exercises for his clients.

James is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of United States Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
