Bryan Lai

Bryan Lai is an audit and assurance professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than 12 years at a Big 4 international audit firm. He specializes in providing audit and assurance services to both listed and private companies across Hong Kong, mainland China, and international markets. His diverse clientele spans industries such as property investment and development, finance and investment, securities brokerage, private equity, money lending, educational institutions, information technology, crypto trading, renewable energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer business, commodity trading and manufacturing, hotel management, tourism, and media.

Beyond audit and assurance, Bryan has extensive expertise in corporate finance, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, group reorganizations, debt and equity securities issuances, and financial due diligence for listed and multinational companies.

Beyond his career, Bryan is actively involved in the professional community as a committee member of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the “HKICPA”) and as a community representative of an international educational institution in Hong Kong.

He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (“FCPA (practising)”), a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), and a Member of The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors.
