Bryan Lai

Bryan Lai is an audit and assurance professional with over 20 years of experience, including over 12 years at a Big 4 international accounting firm. He specializes in providing audit and assurance services to both listed and private companies across Hong Kong, mainland China, and international markets.  His diverse clientele spans industries such as information technology, property investment and development, finance and investment, securities brokerage, private equity, money lending, renewable energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer business, commodity trading and manufacturing, hotel management, tourism, and media.

Beyond audit and assurance, Bryan has extensive expertise in corporate finance, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, group reorganizations, debt and equity securities issuances (such as rights issues and open offerings), and financial due diligence for listed and multinational companies.

Bryan is actively involved in the professional community as a committee member of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising), a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
