Kenneth Ma leads Moore Hong Kong’s Transaction & Valuation team, overseeing strategic transaction advisory and valuation services for clients across diverse industries. He helps our clients reflect the true values of their businesses and assets and advises them throughout the negotiation processes with investors. Kenneth has over 15 years’ experience in providing valuation and corporate finance services in Hong Kong, mainland China, and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Moore Hong Kong, Kenneth spearheaded the development of an in-house valuation team at an international accounting firm and later founded his own corporate finance and valuation consultancy. He had also been stationed in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to establish branches for BMI Appraisals Limited as their representative in these countries. Kenneth handles valuation and financial modelling assignments for derivatives trading, public offerings, financing, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, public documentation, litigation support, etc. He has conducted and reviewed hundreds of valuations, including providing valuation support to other professional accounting firms as their reviewer and external consultant. These valuation assignments were performed on different businesses, financial instruments, intangible assets and fixed assets, covering a broad spectrum of industries such as natural resources, technologies, manufacturing, biological assets, financial services, property development projects, and shopping malls.
