Angel Yau, Brian Leung, Emily Chan and Regina Mo promoted to Assurance Principals

Moore Hong Kong is excited to announce the promotion of Angel Yau, Brian Leung, Emily Chan and Regina Mo to the position of Assurance Principal with effect from 1 October 2021.

Angel has extensive experience in providing assurance services to listed companies and private groups. Angel serves clients in various industries, including cement, coal mining, property investment and management, property development, online gaming, manufacturing and retail. In addition, she also involved in initial public offerings assignments and capital market transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Angel has worked for one of the largest international accounting firms for 10 years. Her experience with the various listed company clients enables her to understand clients’ perspective well.
Angel is currently a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
 
Brian Leung has over 10 years of extensive experience in providing assurance services. Prior to joining the firm, he has worked for one of the largest international accounting firms. Brian serves listed clients and conglomerate companies covering industries including real estate, hospitality, energy & resources, online gaming, and information technology. In addition, he has also been involved in initial public offerings assignments and capital market transactions. Brian is currently a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
 
Emily has over 16 years of extensive experience in providing assurance services. She serves clients in various industries and involves in Sarbanes-Oxley exercise for US companies.  She has extensive experience in providing auditing and assurance services to companies which are listed in US and with international background. Emily is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. 
 
Regina has over 10 years of auditing experience including listed companies operating mainly in Hong Kong, Singapore and mainland China. Her clients come from a wide variety of industries, including property development, construction, education, medical services, finance and investment advisory services and manufacturing and trading.  Regina has been involved in various transaction support assignments including initial public offerings, capital market transactions and as well as financial due diligence. Regina is currently a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants.
