About the speakers

Dr. Cox is co-founder of M&E and M&E Global Inc. He pioneered numerous proprietary methods to calculate the risk and return of human and embedded risks & returns, such as SMART ROI™, which calculates the ROI of human processes ranging from client relations to training. Other methods include Value for Risk (VfR) and Cyber Risk. Cox published 6 books in 3 languages and has published hundreds of professional articles in newspapers and journals. He a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide on the risk/return of human capital and management processes. He received his PhD from the London School of Economics, a postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Oxford, MA/BA degrees from Boston University and an executive certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School/HIID. He also spent scholarship years at Georgetown University and the University of Freiburg.
Patrick Rozario, Advisory Services Managing Director, Moore Stephens

Patrick Rozario is a Managing Director of Moore Stephens and heads up the firm's Advisory Services to help our clients manage their risks and enhance their business operations.

Prior to joining Moore Stephens, Patrick worked in other international accounting firms and was a member of the insurance team, he participated in the Hong Kong IPO of 2 of the largest Chinese insurance companies. He also participated in a due diligence assignment for one of the world largest asset manager on an insurer in China. Patrick has also provided internal audit outsource services including IT audit to a number of international insurers in Hong Kong and China. Patrick also led a team in assisting a UK Life insurer to develop its standard operating procedures in Hong Kong.

In his commercial experiences, Patrick has worked as project manager of a number of large scale business process re-engineering and information systems implementation projects in the Asia-Pacific Region and in North America.

Patrick is a graduate of Queen's University in Canada, a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants of Australia (CPA (Australia)) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
