Moore Hong Kong is pleased to announce the promotion of
Yan Ng to the position of Assurance Director with effect from 1 October 2019.
Yan has over 12 years of audit experience in international accounting firms with listed and private companies operating in a variety of business sectors such as film production, online game, property development, medical services, agriculture, natural resources, financial and investment advisory services, information technology, trading and manufacturing in Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore.
She has also been involved in various capital market transactions including very substantial acquisitions/disposals and rights issues for clients in the HKEx, as well as compliance audit of licensed corporations in the SFC. Yan is also experienced in audit of investment fund in the Cayman Islands.
Yan is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
